1. Event Registration

By registering for the “Project Leader Breakfast Summit” event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before registering.

  1. Registration and Payment

2.1. To attend the Event, you must register and pay the applicable registration fee. Registration is available either via our event website: https://www.projectmanager.africa/event/breakfastsummit/.

2.2. All tickets are non-refundable.

2.3. Payment can be made by EFT on the banking details below or via the payment link on our event link/ website on this link: https://www.projectmanager.africa/event/breakfastsummit/ .

  1. Event Details

3.1. Event details, including the date, time, location, and agenda, are subject to change. Please check the event website for the most up-to-date information.

3.2. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule or program, including speakers, topics, and sessions, without prior notice.

  1. Cancellation and Substitution

4.1. If you are unable to attend the Event after registering, you may substitute your registration with a colleague or friend by notifying us in advance.

4.2. In the event of a cancellation or substitution, please inform us at least 14 working days prior to the Event. Late substitutions will not be accommodated.

  1. Event Credits

5.1. If you are unable to attend the Event and do not have a substitute, you may receive a credit for the amount paid towards a future event organized by us. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of the original Event.

5.2. To claim your event credit, please contact us on: events@projectmanagers.co.za.

  1. Event Conduct

6.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Event.

6.2. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the Event or engages in inappropriate or offensive behavior without providing a refund or credit.

  1. Privacy and Data Usage

7.1. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our event website.

  1. Event Materials

8.1. All materials, presentations, and content provided at the Event are the intellectual property of Project Managers Africa and/or the organizers and/or the respective speakers. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.

  1. Photography and Videography

9.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

  1. Liability

10.1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event.

10.2. The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the Event.

11.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please check the event website for the most up-to-date version.
