Project Managers Membership Programme Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Project Managers Membership Programme, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all levels of membership: Basic, Professional, and Elite.
2. Membership Levels
a. Basic Membership:
- Access to basic project management resources.
- Monthly newsletters and updates.
- Limited access to webinars and workshops.
b. Professional Membership:
- Enhanced project management resources.
- Priority access to webinars and workshops.
- Exclusive networking opportunities.
- Discounted rates on partner services and events.
c. Elite Membership:
- Premium project management resources.
- VIP access to webinars, workshops, and events.
- Personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Full access to all partner services and events.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
a. Membership fees are outlined on the official membership portal and are subject to change with notice.
b. Payments can be made monthly or annually, depending on the chosen subscription plan.
c. Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.
4. Membership Duration
Memberships are valid for the agreed-upon duration, either monthly or annually, depending on the selected subscription plan. Renewal is automatic unless canceled by the member.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Members may cancel their membership at any time through the membership portal.
b. Refunds are not provided for partial periods or unused portions of the membership.
6. Member Conduct
a. Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions within the programme.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination of membership.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All resources, materials, and content provided as part of the membership are the intellectual property of the Project Managers Membership Programme.
b. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission.
8. Data Privacy Compliance (POPIA Act)
a. The Project Managers Membership Programme complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
b. Members’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy outlined in the membership portal.
9. Amendments to Terms
The Project Managers Membership Programme reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination of Membership
The Programme reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation at its discretion, with or without cause.
By enrolling in the Project Managers Membership Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the provisions related to data privacy in compliance with South Africa’s POPIA Act.
