Project Manager Mentorship Program – Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction:
  • The Project Manager Mentorship Program (the “Program”) is established to provide a structured mentorship experience for aspiring project managers.
  1. Duration:
  • The Program spans a duration of 30 days, during which participants will engage in mentorship activities and professional development.
  1. Eligibility:
  • Participation in the Program is open to individuals seeking mentorship in project management. Both mentors and mentees must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the program organizers.
  1. Registration Fee:
  • A non-refundable registration fee is required for participation in the Program. The fee amount will be clearly communicated during the registration process.
  1. Payment:
  • The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of enrollment to secure a place in the Program.
  • The fee covers administrative costs, mentorship matching services, and program materials.
  1. Refund Policy:
  • The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the Program, dissatisfaction with the mentorship match, or program termination.
  1. Mentorship Matching:
  • The program organizers will make reasonable efforts to match mentors and mentees based on their professional backgrounds, goals, and preferences. However, successful matching is not guaranteed.
  1. Responsibilities of Mentors:
  • Mentors are expected to provide guidance, share experiences, and offer constructive feedback to mentees.
  • Mentors should commit to regular communication sessions with their mentees.
  • Mentors are encouraged to share industry insights, resources, and networking opportunities.
  1. Responsibilities of Mentees:
  • Mentees should actively engage in the mentorship relationship, seeking guidance and participating in discussions.
  • Mentees are responsible for setting goals and actively working towards professional development.
  • Timely communication and respectful interaction with mentors are essential.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Both mentors and mentees agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the mentorship relationship.
  1. Code of Conduct:
  • Participants are expected to adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  1. Termination of Mentorship:
  • Either party may request the termination of the mentorship relationship with reasonable notice.
  • The program organizers reserve the right to terminate a mentorship if there is a violation of the terms and conditions.
  1. Program Modifications:
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at their discretion. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
  1. Feedback and Evaluation:
  • Participants may be requested to provide feedback on their mentorship experience for program improvement purposes.
  1. Disclaimers:
  • The Program organizers are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the mentorship relationship.
  • Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa

By participating in the Project Manager Mentorship Program, both mentors and mentees acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
